2) In order to validate your return / exchange, the device must be a result of a manufacturer's defect. User error does NOT validate a return / exchange.
3) Device must be with original box & packaging. Device cannot have any visible damages.
4) Exchange & Store Credit only within 7 days of purchase.
5) Refund available on unopened / unused Devices within 7 days of purchase only.
Eliquids / Pods
1) Due to the consumable nature of the product, we do not offer exchange or refund on the Eliquids / Pods.
2) Eliquids / Pods all sales are final
No return on batteries
